This is my1986 Oldsmoble Delta 88. I was lucky enough to obtain this vehicle through a local family whose beloved grandfather drove the car for many, many years.
With his inability to drive, and no need for an extra vehicle, this beauty made its way into my hands.
DISCLAIMER:
Though this car is obvioiusly in fantastic condition, especially for the years under its hood, It IS almost 40 years old. It has its quirks that must be mentioned. As it sits right now, I would have complete faith in driving it just about anywhere!
BUT in full transparency, I will be listing everything that I have found to be a "problem" with the car!
1986 Oldsmobile Delta 88:

Cons:
- Does NOT have catalytic converter. (previous owner took it off) Car is "noisy".
- Minor paint chips and clear coat flaking in a few places
- Weather stripping isn't air tight. Could be redone
- Shifts hard from Park --> Drive
- Gotta let her warm up in the winter
- Brake light stays on. No, the ebrake isn't on
- Dome lights and automatic locks don't work

Pros:
- Steer Horns
- No back pain (it's like driving a recliner)
- 15% tint on all windows
- Manual windows (One less thing to go wrong)
- FWD: a BEAST in the snow
- Good tires! (Comes with a full spare)
